What is robert crosby?

Robert Crosby (born January 19, 1939) is an American retired professional basketball player. He played for the Boston Celtics from 1965 to 1967 and was a member of the team's 1967 championship squad. Crosby attended Northwestern University, where he was a standout basketball player. After college, he played for several professional teams, including the Pittsburgh Rens and the Wilkes-Barre Barons. In 1965, he was signed by the Boston Celtics, where he played for two seasons before being traded to the Cincinnati Royals. Crosby retired from professional basketball in 1969 and went on to become a successful businessman, running his own insurance agency.
